Facebook Web Linking Tutorial

Thanks for taking the time to check out this tutorial. We want to equip you to help spread the message of what's happening at Victory Church each week. With that in mind, just follow these 5 simple steps to create a link in your facebook page the Media Page of Victory Church's website.

Step 1 - Log into your facebook page

Step 2 - Select the Wall tab to create a new post

Log in to Facebook and bring up your profile page.

Step 3 - Create a new post that includes Victory Church's Media Page Link

Step 4 - Select the Thumbnail

Step 5 - You're Done!

You can say whatever you want in the post, but you must include the following link and type it in exactly as it's shown here:

www.victorychurchnwa.com/media.html

By typing in the link exactly as it is displayed above will ensure that the correct page is linked in your post and that you will be able to choose the correct thumbnail image.

We're going to create a post that looks like the one above for last week's message. This post will also include the Victory Media graphic above.

As soon as you hit your space bar after entering in the website link, the link box will pop up and give you the option to select a Thumbnail image. We have designed the media page so that the Thumbnail above is the one that pops up automatically. You should never have to select an image, but if for some reason you do, just hit the arrows in the link box to choose the correct image.

After the correct thumbnail image is selected, click the share button to post the link on your wall.

That's it! Quick, simple, and easy. Now you know how to post a link to Victory Church's Media Page, so go out there and let all your friends know about all the exciting things happening at Victory.
