Dr. Billy and Jeanne Coffman

Dr. Billy R. Coffman is a pastor, evangelist, former vice-president and on the Board of Regents of a theological seminary, and has traveled at home and abroad as a seminar speaker.

Because of a deep concern for the local church and her pastor, Dr. Coffman has been involved in Mobilization of Leadership Seminars, church organization and planting, Financial Enrichment Seminars, Family Life seminars and workshops, and leadership training in many countries of the world.

For the past twenty-five years he has been involved in training pastors in other nations.  Since 1995 Dr. Coffman has been involved in church planting using tents as houses of worship in countries where the climate is favorable.  One such project now has a congregation of better than 35,000 people.

With a sincere desire to see an inter-denominational church reaching the old, young, and the in-between in Northwest Arkansas, he became pastor of Victory Church NWA in Springdale, Arkansas in September of 1990.  He and his wife, Jeanne, share a vision of reaching their area through a caring, concerned, growing, Holy Spirit led church.

John and Raelynn Kopta

Pastor John is a senior member and on the Board of Directors of the nationally known strength team, “The Power Team”. He has spoken worldwide in schools, Civic Centers and churches. With a proven track record of personal and professional excellence, Pastor John is an excellent role model to both young and old alike.

It was while traveling with the Power Team that he met his wife, Raelynn, and together they began to minister God’s Word to young people around the world. In 1992 God spoke to John and Raelynn that there would be a change of direction and they would be going to Northwest Arkansas. They joined the staff of Victory Church NWA and are now Sr. Associate Pastors with the Coffmans.  The Kopta’s have three daughters: Destinee, Whitnee, and Alexee.

Josue and Aida Guzman

Pastors Josue and Aida have two children, Vanessa Rachel and Louis Philippe. Vanessa is married to Josue Rodriguez and has two children, Daniel Andres and Rachel Sophia.

Pastor Aida is the founder and director of a counseling ministry called “Save the Family” and Pastor Josue directs the “Evangelical and Missionary Agency of the North.” They both have a strong passion to reach the “unsaved” through MISSIONS.  Their desire is to train and prepare leaders by making DISCIPLES so they can in turn exercise their ministries, rescue family values and have STRONG MARRIAGES. 

Because these key values are vital for powerful churches like Victory Church Pastor Josue and Aida have joined the staff of Victory Church NWA as Spanish Pastors.

Worship Pastor

Aaron and Sarah Porr

Pastor Aaron joined the staff of Victory Church NWA in the fall of 2011. He has been serving in music ministry since 1996 when he was hired as youth music director for Word of Life Church in St. Joseph, Missouri. Through the following years he has written music, recorded in the studio, and played in churches of all sizes, prisons, fairs, and the Sturgis Biker Rally. In 2007, Pastor Aaron led worship and assisted in the founding of Journey Church, a thriving congregation in Kansas City, Missouri.

His passion for creating excellence and authenticity in worship, and his desire to lead people into a real experience with God has helped to define his ministry style and focus. 

Pastor Aaron has been married to his beautiful wife Sarah since December of 1996. They have four gorgeous daughters, Kelsey, Kayla, Hailey, and Kylie, and one awesome son, David.
